Once your ticket is booked online and issued, you must visit the box office in person to cancel
it. Partial cancellation is not allowed (If you aim to cancel only one out of three purchased tickets, you must cancel all three and then, re-book two). |
Theater Information
- The screening begins on time. Entrance will only be available 10 minutes before and after the screening.
- Please precisely find your designated seat numbers.
- Age restrictions on films will be strictly enforced. Children are not allowed to enter even when accompanied by their parents or guardians
- No food or drinks (except bottled water) are allowed during all screenings.
- Any unauthorized audio and video recordings of a film (using electronic devices such as mobile phones and cameras) are prohibited by law.
